We hire professional subcontractors who we trust and who are as invested in your project as we are. We understand how stressful it can be to get started. Our Process
When you decide it’s time to build a new home, we will be here to help you decide what you can afford, find the perfect lot for your new home, create the design of your dreams, and build a beautiful, quality custom home that you deserve.
We listen closely to what you envision for your home and give you one-on-one attention that you simply won’t get with a big builder. When you design your custom home, we will help you design the perfect floor plan, pick the most beautiful finishes, and build a home that represents your lifestyle. Based on your design goals, we will pair you with an architect that will best help bring your dream to life.
Once we have your design, we will go over the budget again to make sure that the design is meeting your budget goals. While this budget may be off by a margin of roughly 15%, it is a good point in the process to assess what your goals are and how flexible you need to or can be. Your final budget will not be created until all of the consultants and contractors needed for your build have met and submitted your plans for permitting.
Once we have your permit to build, we can finally break ground and start building your dream home!
