I selected 5F because their proposal was the most thorough and lowest priced. Throughout the building process, Mr. Fryer kept in contact with me and steadily worked the job. He utilized local, skilled subcontractors.

We had the opportunity to have custom home builders Eric and 5F Contracting build our dream home on family land. We had many months of rain and was still able to get into our new home within the time frame. Since we hadn’t built in 20 years, we felt very novice in doing it again. Eric was able to give us exactly what we asked for and give us amazing ideas that we didn’t even think of.
